Overview
Kdcare Community ABA Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for our clients, conducting assessments, and providing behavior analysis services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the BCBA will ensure the highest standard of care for our clients, empowering them to achieve their full potential through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining BACB ethical standards, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective collaboration with client families and our team.
Responsibilities
  • Design and supervise evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to each client's needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Provide direct patient care, including behavioral therapy sessions, while maintaining adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff in implementing behavior plans effectively.

Requirements
  • Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
