Duration: 8-12 weeks

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week - Monday-Friday

About the Roleย 

The Data Analyst Intern will support ABA Center's operational and strategic initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement efforts. This role is designed for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in business analytics, healthcare operations, and data-driven decision making.

The intern will assist with collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing operational data to help identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support leadership reporting. This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world business intelligence practices within a growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and validating operational data from multiple sources
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
  • Analyze operational trends and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Help maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and distribution processes
  • Prepare data summaries, visualizations, and presentations for leadership review
  • Participate in process improvement and operational analytics projects
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative support related to operational reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
