Behavior Analyst - SSPS

Pasco County Schools Student Support Programs and Services (SSPS) in Land O’ Lakes, Florida seeks a Behavior Analyst to support elementary schools.

Number of positions: 2. Position type: Full‑time, benefit eligible. Duration: 230 days per year. Starting date: immediately.

Location: 7227 Land O'Lakes Blvd., Land O'Lakes, Florida 34638.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing professional level Applied Behavioral Analysis services to schools and students through Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan development, implementation, and monitoring. This includes coordinating, developing, and monitoring the implementation of behavioral services, and providing professional leadership in applied behavior analysis through in‑service training and consultation with school administration, staff, and parents.

Education, Training, & Experience
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Exceptional Student Education, School Psychology, or related field.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Valid Florida driver license
