Membre de l'equipe nationale Securite et exploitation des TI, l'analyste principale possede une solide experience en gestion de terminaux et de progiciels et est responsable des plateformes Microsoft Configuration Manager et Citrix, de la configuration des clients Windows et du deploiement de logiciels. Il ou elle sait rationaliser et automatiser les processus afin d'ameliorer l'experience utilisateur sur les plans de l'efficacite, de la fiabilite et de la productivite, en plus de demontrer de la curiosite, de prioriser les resultats et de favoriser une culture d'excellence technique et d'amelioration continue.

Principales attributions
  • Gerer les plateformes Microsoft Configuration Manager, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops et les systemes connexes.

  • Gerer le systeme d'exploitation client Windows, incluant les images, les sequences de taches, Autopilot, les mises a jour des pilotes et le BIOS, ainsi que les outils connexes.

  • Gerer le deploiement de logiciels, l'integration des applications et les mises a jour logicielles.

  • Gerer le scriptage et l'automatisation des taches pour renforcer l'efficacite et la conformite.

  • Produire des rapports sur l'etat des systemes et des deploiements, la performance, l'utilisation et d'autres indicateurs pertinents.

  • Offrir un soutien de premier niveau quant a nos systemes en general.

  • Preparer la documentation technique, operationnelle et procedurale, notamment les specifications techniques.

Purpose of the role

The Senior Analyst has a strong background in endpoint management and software packaging. This role is a member of the national IT Security and Operations team and is responsible for the Microsoft Configuration Manager and Citrix platforms, Windows client configuration and software deployments. The Senior Analyst optimizes configuration, automates and streamlines processes to enhance efficiency and deliver a reliable, productive user computing experience. The Senior Analyst is curious, results oriented and fosters a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Microsoft Configuration Manager, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop platforms and related systems.

  • Manage Windows client operating system, images, task sequences, Autopilot, driver and BIOS updates and related tools.

  • Manage software deployment packages, application integration and software updates.

  • Scripting and task automation for efficiency and compliance.

  • Monitor and report on system health, deployment status, performance, utilization and other relevant metrics.

  • Top tier support for responsible systems.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.

  • Prepare technical, operational and procedural documentation and specifications.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, risk mitigation and resource use optimization.

  • Perform special projects as needed.

  • Keeping up with new technologies and best practices.

  • Work with IT or business stakeholders to support and integrate systems.

  • Work with vendors on issue resolution and roadmap insights.

Key Competencies
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum of five years full-time work experience with all aspects of managing endpoints in an enterprise environment.

  • Must have experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM, Intune).

  • Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VMWare.

  • Must have expertise in Windows operating systems, task sequences, and Autopilot configuration.

  • Must have expertise in software packaging and deployments.

  • Must have experience scripting.

  • Experience with PowerShell and MS Graph.

  • Experience with M365 application management is an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
