We are seeking a technically adept and strategic Supply Chain Applications Manager to lead the management, optimization, and integration of core technology systems that support global supply chain operations. This role will oversee platforms including-but not limited to-Blue Yonder, SAP S/4HANA, and Snowflake, ensuring seamless performance and alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will drive automation, enhance data accuracy, and foster cross-functional collaboration to improve supply chain efficiency. Decisions made in this role will directly influence the achievement of functional KPIs, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational success.
About the Role
Role Purpose
Functioning as a key technical and business interface, the supply chain applications manager drives automation initiatives & enhancements, supports digital transformation projects, and collaborates across departments to improve supply chain responsiveness and scalability. The role requires proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment, resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Blue Yonder system, inbound and outbound file performance and accuracy
  • Blue Yonder file enhancements and data flows requirements
  • Blue Yonder external data flow management, e.g., Snowflake, Power Bi, Excel templates
  • SAP/MDS/snowflake material master accuracy
  • This oversite role requires engagement with RS UK, Blue Yonder Support team, RS America's BI team and SAP team.
  • Make contingency decisions that impact global BY batch processes.
  • S4 Hana project resource for process, design, and documentation.
  • Pursue opportunities to leverage automation for po transaction efficiency and delivery date automation with EDI.
  • Support continuous enablement of inbound efficiencies through single scan capability.
  • Other PS&M related RPA, automation, operational efficiency type systems related duties as assigned by supply chain director
  • Create project value case that highlights benefits, resource, risks, and alignment with supply chain strategy.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve processes, and drive cost savings.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain systems, enterprise integration, or digital transformation roles.
  • Strong expertise in Blue Yonder, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, and BI tools (Power BI, Excel) or other like systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage global system performance.
  • Experience with automation technologies, EDI, and RPA solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of translation of technical requirements into business value
  • Strong project management experience
