Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware as necessary.
- Provide asset management, including maintenance and inventory of all devices using our CMDB software.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Provide disaster recovery and high availability solutions to meet company 7X24X365 needs
- Perform system upgrades to OS and hardware.
- Manage DNS, DHCP and Active Directory on daily basis.
- Build an internal knowledge base with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Provide end user support at workstation levels as needed.
- Configure systems to meet compliance requirements with GDPR, ITAR and NIST 800.
- After hours support or project work as required.
Qualifications

Required:
- Prior experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- ITAR Compliance, NIST 800-171 or other equivalent security experience.
- ITIL experience is a plus
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- What's Up Gold experience is a plus
- Virtual server management with VMWare
- ITAR REQUIREMENTS: * To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
