Business Applications and AI Manager
Help Build a Company Where People Love to Work

At Motivosity, we believe people deserve to be happier at work. Our software helps organizations create cultures of gratitude, connection, and recognition. We're looking for a Business Applications and AI Manager to help us scale the systems, processes, and AI capabilities that power our business.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, technology, and AI transformation. You'll partner with leaders across the company to improve how work gets done, drive adoption of AI-powered solutions, and ensure our business systems evolve alongside the company.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll lead a small but highly impactful team consisting of a Business Applications Developer and Systems Administrator.

What You'll Do
  • Own Motivosity's portfolio of business applications, integrations, automations, and internal systems.
  • Lead the company's AI transformation initiatives across business operations, helping teams identify, implement, and scale practical AI solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery for business systems projects and enhancements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain a business systems roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Establish scalable practices for governance, documentation, change management, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience leading business systems, business applications, operations technology, or related functions.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
  • Experience administering, implementing, or optimizing SaaS business platforms and integrations.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI to solve business problems and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience leading and developing people.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Bonus Points
  • Experience leading AI adoption, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with modern integration, workflow automation, and AI platforms.
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Jira, Intercom, HRIS platforms, or similar business applications.
Success in This Role

Within your first year, you'll establish a trusted intake and delivery process, build strong partnerships across the company, advance Motivosity's AI transformation strategy, improve operational efficiency through better systems and automation, and create a scalable roadmap for the future of our business applications ecosystem.

Why Motivosity?

We believe work should be meaningful, rewarding, and human. If you're excited about improving how organizations operate, leveraging AI to unlock new possibilities, and helping a growing company scale, we'd love to meet you.
