Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and technical excellence, fostering collaboration across engineering, product, and data teams. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, this leader mentors engineers, manages complex initiatives, and ensures delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
  • Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks to support scalable, secure development.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, championing DevOps architecture and CI/CD practices.
  • Implement cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and promote technical quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to align engineering efforts with business goals and track operational metrics.
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and products.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams with a focus on software and AI/ML system delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage full software development lifecycles, including DevOps architecture and CI/CD implementation.

  • Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management and aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
