Job description

Position Summary
Candidate will be responsible for ESP application engineering support to the region(s), maintaining activity log and providing reports on equipment types usage in the region.
Job Functions/Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)
• Responsible for preparation of ESP systems design, sizing and selection.
• Technical support for sales, business development and customer service teams
• Responsible for providing support to FS and Sales teams in monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting of wells in operation
• Responsible for learning ESP Equipment and Best Application Engineering Practices
• Support other AE in reviewing designs and applications
• Holding technical presentations/trainings for Sales representatives and Customers in the region
• Work with regional CSRs to process orders and deliver service quality to customers
• Work with Engineering, Salesman, CSR and/or Clients as required to complete quotes and process orders.
• Participate in Development of US oilfield database
• Participate in development of new instructions, procedures and workflows
• Participate in introduction and implementation of new technologies and products and provide required support to other departments. Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action
• Travel as required for AE team or Sales meetings and customer visits.
• Responsible for complying any other verbal or written assignments from Supervisor
Qualifications/Education Requirements
• Advanced computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases.
• Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
• Work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of and experience in the well servicing or related oil and gas environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 1-3 years of application engineering experience required
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Normal office environment
Continuously required to move about the facility
Occasional exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors and temperature variations
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site.
This is a safety sensitive position.
