Job Description

Seeking an Applications Developer II to support the development and delivery of tools, dashboards, and workflow solutions for program management and business operations teams. This role will focus on SharePoint Online development, Power Platform solutions, workflow automation, and application support in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Build and update Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps based on business requirements

  • Develop and enhance automated workflows and business processes

  • Recreate or improve workflows migrated from Nintex environments

  • Configure SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, content structures, and UI customizations

  • Perform basic to intermediate SPFx development using React and TypeScript when required

  • Support migration, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization activities

  • Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and provide technical support

  • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and solution handoff documentation

  • Collaborate with technical leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions

Required Skills

  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration and development

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

  • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Nintex workflow migration
