FullStack Developer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid onsite 3x a week)
Duration: Permanent
Salary Range: $115-135K
Authorization: Candidates must be able to work directly on w2 without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Role Overview
We are seeking an Full Stack Developer to design, code, and support functional software programs and applications. This role involves collaborating with teams to define specifications, develop solutions, and troubleshoot issues. The position requires working in a hybrid model, with three days onsite, and offers flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Code, test, and troubleshoot new applications and enhancements using appropriate technologies.
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for new features or modifications.
  • Write and maintain documentation for application intent, logic, and changes.
  • Evaluate application performance and address issues.
  • Provide project status updates to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow all departmental software development guidelines.
  • Provide application support to end users and colleagues.
  • Learn and apply new coding languages and technologies as required.
  • Communicate new features and provide training support.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five years of professional software development experience is required. This includes designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong development skills with C#, SQL, and Angular (version 18+ preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, debug, and maintain complex legacy codebases.
  • Proficiency with modern software development practices, including source control (Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Experience designing scalable and secure application architectures.
  • Expertise in database design, optimization, and SQL performance tuning.
  • Can utilize AI to help out with generating Unit tests, code reviews through Claude

General Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work within an Agile/Kanban methodology.
