Ihre Aufgaben- Technische Hilfestellung für und ggf. bei den Kunden
- Erarbeitung von Lösungen mit unseren Produkten
- Nachweis der vom Kunden benötigten Funktionalität (PoC, FAT)
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und technischen Demos
- Technische Unterstützung auf Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Erklär-Videos sowie anderen On- und Offline-Hilfen
- Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Elektro- und Informationstechnik oder eine Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierung oder in der industriellen IT
- Freude am Lösen technischer Aufgabenstellungen
- Spaß daran, mit Menschen zusammenzuarbeiten (Kommunikationsfähigkeit)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Software
- Berufserfahrung im Kunden-Support
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Feldbusse, Industrial Ethernet und Integration von Produktionsdaten in Systeme der Unternehmens-IT
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Französisch, Spanisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
