Duties include: Oversee team responsible for day-to-day support, planning for releases & upgrades & managing projects for assigned HR systems / modules. Provide input on design options supporting processes / transactions. Align resources & scope to milestones. Responsible for intake & coord. of design, build, test, & deploy phases of app. Act as change control leader - responsible for planning releases, upgrades, patches, & config. across Oracle modules / HR apps. Provide support regarding config. & system functionality to automate processes. Oversee analysis to ensure optimal config. Mentor team members. Mng engagement w/ external vendors. Responsible for configuration of app. according to design req. & specs. Remote work benefit avail. Position is fully remote. Can work from anywhere in U.S. MIN REQ: Bach. degree, or foreign equiv., in Comp. Science, MIS, Business Admin., or related field. 5 yrs exp. in job offered.
