Project Managers at CSI collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure their visions become a reality. Each project is unique and provides opportunities to offer both technical and commercial support. All aspects of project management that occur throughout a project life-cycle are associated with this position. Key responsibilities include promotion of CSI's products and services, sales, design, cost proposals and production of both shop-fabricated and field-installed projects.

What Youll Be Doing

Work with customers and internal teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions
Support design, estimating, and cost development for fabricated components
Build and manage accurate cost proposals (materials, labor, methods, margins)
Review drawings, specs, and industry standards to ensure build accuracy
Coordinate closely with the shop to keep projects moving and on schedule
Provide technical support to production and resolve fabrication challenges
Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Track project progress, costs, and performance
Compare estimated vs. actual costs to improve future quoting accuracy
Contribute to process improvements, cost reductions, and better build methods

This is hands-on project work youll see what you plan get built, and youll be expected to make it better over time.

Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, or piping systems is a plus
Microsoft Office required (Excel, Outlook, Word)
