Madison, WI

Chads Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in custom residential construction and a proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee residential remodeling and custom home projects from final design approval through construction, close-out, and warranty period.
Coordinate closely with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations.
Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the build process.
Review, approve, and manage project-related invoices within the approved budget.
Process change orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop, monitor, and update detailed production schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
Partner with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams during project handoff and planning stages.

Requirements:
3-5 years of project or production management experience in residential construction.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on trade or field experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; JobTread experience strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Solid understanding of construction methods, architectural plans, and residential design principles.
