Drisco is a construction contractor that services the Transmission Line industry. This is a niche market in the drilling industry that continues to have a growing need.
The Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for multiple tasks related to our construction projects. Various duties include:
- Manage various drilling projects from the estimating phase through completion.
- Manage all financial aspects of a Project, from job setup to monthly billings, forecasting, and final closeout, to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectations
- Create project estimates for various projects across the country
- Develop relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other contractors to obtain competitive pricing for projects.
- Work directly with the President of the company to learn the business and be a critical part of the company's success
- Perform field visits to learn the business as well as understand project progress. Occasional travel with overnight stay may be necessary
- Develop relationships with the entire project teams that result in a healthy work environment and ultimately expedites project work. Great communication is imperative.

Position Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in an engineering or construction environment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction
- Computer Skills: Must have accurate typing skills and be proficient in using database, email,spreadsheet, and word processing applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and be willing to learn new software applications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment screening
- Must have excellent communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face
