Job Description
  • Implement User Experience paths for various application modules.
  • Creation of the User Journey / User Experience.
  • The best candidate will have the ability to execute on their designs and user journey with technical knowledge of the platforms currently used.  You will be able to design and build the solution.
  • Presents all work in design review and code review sessions to team members, and must be able to explain and support decisions made and actions taken.
  • Interfaces with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements.
  • Prepares documentation that describes the work efforts and supports your decisions.
  • Evaluates and plans design and experience roadmaps.
  • Edits and reviews technical requirements and documentation.
  • Work with various team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
  • Displays knowledge of development methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of development in the currently utilized platform.
  • Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.
  • Analyzes and determines integration needs.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Qualifications
  • Experience with UI/UX development tools like Adobe XD is preferred.
  • Front End Technical UI/UX Development with Angular 5 or any JavaScript is preferred however not required if you wish to learn the skills.
  • Mobile UI/UX Development for Android and IOS is preferred however not required if you wish to learn the skills.
  • Strong understanding of wire-framing and conceptual modeling is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental web technologies including JavaScript, and REST API's is preferred.
  • Strong software integration experience.
  • Understanding of commercial software development lifecycle practices is preferred.
  • Experience with various web development tools and IDE environments.
  • Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical development role
  • Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
  • Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
  • Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter
