Job description

Planview Application Integration Specialist

Location: ONSITE- Phoenix/Dallas/Westlake/Columbus

Contract

Descriptions:   

"•          Administer and maintain the Planview platform, including configuration, user management, security, and environment support.

•           Design, develop, and support integrations between Planview and enterprise applications (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ERP, and HR systems).

•           Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system stability and availability.

•           Configure workflows, forms, business rules, portfolios, resource management, and reporting capabilities.

•           Support upgrades, patching, release management, and platform enhancements.

•           Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Planview solutions.

•           Develop APIs, middleware integrations, ETL processes, and data synchronization solutions.

•           Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance across the Planview ecosystem.

•           Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support knowledge articles.

•           Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities."

"•          Experience administering Planview PPM, Planview Portfolios, or Planview Enterprise One.

•           Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and integration technologies.

•           Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar.

•           Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting.

•           Experience integrating Planview with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

•           Understanding of PPM, Agile, Waterfall, resource management, and portfolio management processes.

•           Knowledge of ITIL, release management, and production support best practices.

•           Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•           Planview platform certification.

•           Experience in cloud/SaaS application administration.

•           Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or enterprise reporting tools.

•           Experience in enterprise PMO or digital transformation environments."
