WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATIONS FOREMANDEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS-WASTEWATER DIVISIONDo you have a background in natural resource management? The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Foreman cares for the facility responsible for protecting our rivers, wildlife and drinking water sources.The City of Watertown is seeking an experienced, hands-on wastewater professional to help lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of our wastewater treatment plant. This is an operating foreman position - not a laboratory-only role. You will work alongside a close-knit team, use your judgment to keep treatment processes performing well, coordinate daily work, troubleshoot equipment and process conditions, and help develop the next generation of operators.If you enjoy understanding how an entire plant works - from pumps and biological treatment to solids processing, SCADA, maintenance, and permit compliance - this is an opportunity to put that experience to work in a role with meaningful responsibility and visible community impact.  For a full list of job duties and requirements see the attached job description.Certifications:  Wisconsin DNR wastewater operator certification in General and Subclasses A1, B, C, D, L, and P is required. Sanitary Sewage Collection Systems (SS) certification is recommended.
