As a team member, you will leverage qualitative/quantitative research to collect user feedback, develop deep understanding and empathy for our clients, and collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet business needs. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Own search ads metrics analysis, lead advertiser performance deep-dives by vertical, and turn insights into product strategy and iteration. - Diagnose delivery-funnel pain points and drive optimization of recall, ranking, and bidding models; apply LLM/AI to query understanding, intent matching, and creative generation, with clear evaluation standards. - Define product plans, priorities, and roadmaps against business goals; align partner teams and ensure delivery, identifying where new AI capabilities can step-change advertiser efficiency. - Support GTM through data analysis, user feedback, and requirement collection. - Drive execution with cross-regional R&D, design, data science, operations, and sales teams; own data monitoring, weekly reports, and core dashboards, leveraging AI tooling to scale analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA Degree - Proficient in leveraging AI tools for data analysis and workflow efficiency, with a solid understanding of the underlying logic of model optimization. - Be able to understand clients' measurement metrics and budget allocation logics, dig out requirements from the clients' perspective. - Proven ability to think logically and strategically, with some experience in product planning and design that aligns with overarching business goals. - Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails. - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous Product Management experience in Ads, Search, Recommendation, AI or LLM domain. - Previous Product Management experience in Traffic Strategy, Ad Delivery or Ad Format product. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $55- $55.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
