As Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (BP) intern, you will support the Global CVG P&C BP to drive strategic/ operational consultations & projects.

  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelorโ€™s, masterโ€™s or JD/PhD program

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Assist the Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) BP Lead and PMO team as they support the CVG People Strategy and the transformation

  • Support and drive strategic people initiatives. Focus on key topics. Manage ad-hoc requests. This includes tasks like data gathering, maintaining the organization, and submitting information to European Social Partners.

  • In charge of various organizational / operational tasks

  • Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for our P&C BPs, Executive Leadership team members, and employees

  • Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (Hiring, Attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes

Skills / Competencies:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and solid analytical skills

  • Knowledge of business principles. Good at teamwork and communication.

  • Thinks broadly and strategically about issues and yet manages detail

  • Solves problems swiftly and self-reliantly, and constantly thinks on his/ her feet

  • Prioritizes constantly, multi-task, and decides on the fly

  • Adapts with a high degree of flexibility regarding changing circumstances
