What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop new business opportunities across Pinion's accounting and advisory service lines.
  • Build relationships with producers, agribusiness leaders, and industry influencers.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand Pinion's presence.
  • Lead prospecting efforts through outreach, referrals, and relationship development.
  • Facilitate introductions between prospects and Pinion's technical experts.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales process, from first conversation to client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm to create solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM documentation.
  • Travel up to 40% throughout the year.

The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. Compensation includes base + commission. A reasonable estimate of the base range is $70,000 to $90,000.
