Comments and Other Information Multi-Subject Credentialed Field Supervisors Ideal workload per trimester: 2 Informal collaborations - (Meeting options include in-person, phone, or remote) 1-2 Formal Observations- (In person) 1-2 Video Observations- (Remote) (review and grade lesson plans and final intern reflection submissions) Qualifications Required Qualifications: Masters' degree in Education or related field from a regionally accredited university. A clear California teaching credential - Multiple Subjects OR a California Administrative Services credential.

Exemplary record of teaching. Successful experience coaching/mentoring beginning teachers. Experience utilizing the latest research-based strategies in critical pedagogy, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and funds of community cultural wealth.

Experience utilizing alternative forms of assessment with K-12 grade-levels and ability to guide district interns in the development and use of standards-based assessments. Ability to provide resources for addressing the needs of English Learners and Students with Special Needs. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.

Degree Verification Requirement: The desired candidate will be required to provide official transcripts for degree verification. Working Conditions: Physical Abilities Hearing and speaking to conduct group training, exchange information in person electronically and over the telephone Ability to read printed material and computer screens. Ability to understand speech at normal levels Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment Kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally to retrieve and store files and supplies.
