Position Overview
The AES Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions across web, API, backend, and integrated application environments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong programming expertise, hands-on automation framework experience, and the ability to support continuous testing within modern CI/CD pipelines. Candidates must provide an accurate resume reflecting their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and backend testing.
  • Create automated test scripts using Java, Python, or C#.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end testing.
  • Build continuous testing solutions and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Review business and technical requirements to create test strategies, test cases, and automation plans.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, DevOps engineers, and quality assurance teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex application and automation issues.
