As a FAE Director on our Sales Marketing & Distribution team, you'll become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Lead and develop the OEM Digital FAE team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture and equitable opportunities.
  • Elevate technical competence and strengthen customer engagement with OEMs’ key technical contacts.
  • Advance regional technical ladder competencies, ensuring clear, fair growth pathways for all team members.
  • Design and implement team upskilling programs and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Build and sustain strong engineering management networks across OEMs and partners.
Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or automotive, with a track record of inclusive, collaborative work.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive embedded systems and control fundamentals.
  • Proven, inclusive leadership managing mid-size teams (5–10 people), supporting growth and equity.
  • Established, trusted OEM customer network and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20%, engaging with diverse stakeholders across regions.

Salary pay information
