Lead Innovation. Empower Teams. Shape the Future at Asahi/America.

What’s The Job?

In this leadership role, you'll guide a talented development team while partnering with business leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve operations, streamline processes, and support our continued growth. If you're passionate about developing people as much as developing software, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You Will Own.
You'll lead a team of application developers while establishing development standards, coaching employees, and creating a culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll oversee the full application lifecycle—from planning and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support—ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. Working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, inventory, sales, finance, and IT, you'll identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data accessibility, and enhance system performance. You'll also oversee application architecture, integrations, security, and vendor relationships while managing project budgets and driving continuous improvement across our technology environment.

What Separates You From The Rest.
You're a technology leader who understands that great software begins with understanding the business. You have experience leading application development teams and successfully delivering enterprise technology projects. You're comfortable working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP platforms and have a solid understanding of SQL, application integrations, and modern development practices such as Agile and DevOps. You excel at coaching technical teams, communicating with business leaders, managing multiple priorities, and turning complex business needs into practical technology solutions. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly preferred.

Why You'll Love Working Here.
Industry-leading thermoplastic brand with decades of market credibility. Direct visibility and influence across sales, engineering, and manufacturing. Day-one benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability. 401(k) with generous company match — fully vested at hire. Continuing education reimbursement.

Quality products. Trusted partnerships. Proven success — that’s Asahi/America.

Compensation Transparency.
The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs. We review our ranges regularly to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.

Equal Employment Opportunity.
Asahi/America, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
