Oracle Applications Consultant Position Description Proficient with tools used to support Oracle application development including, but not limited to: o SQL, PL/SQL o Workflow o Discoverer o XML Publisher, o JDeveloper o Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) o Forms o Reports Actively contributes / leads the development of application design process, code deliverables, and unit and integration testing. o Designs, develops and supports extensions and customizations for Oracle E-Business Suite. o Leads small process changes from start to end.

o Anticipates customer challenges and develops solutions o Knows internal customers' priorities o Contributes to business case development o Proficiently operates at strategic level and deals with abstract concepts o Provides subject matter expertise into the planning processes o Extremely proficient at written documentation especially for requirements, design, implementation, and operational procedure documentation Project Management: o Assists in preparing estimated work efforts for tasks assigned o Participates in various projects and adheres to project schedules o Ensures product delivery and quality through use of timelines, spreadsheets, and change management documentation. Communicates with internal customers in terms that the customer is able to understand. Developing Others: Assists less experienced team members as directed or required.

Teamwork: Works effectively with the business customers, operations, architecture, Oracle support, and QA to develop and implement solutions in a timely manner. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned. Works under general supervision, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish assigned goals; participates in projects of all sizes.
