Job Description
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Typing skills; 30 words per minute preferred
  • Computer skills; ability to use 2 screen workstations as well as use several systems at a time
  • Prior experience in financial services or similar industry preferred. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience
  • Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience required
  • Customer Service Skills; quick on the phone problem solving and a willingness to research any issue timely
