Job description

Teaching is the most important work!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Associate GSRP Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Lake Orion, MI.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports preschool children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering school readiness, building positive relationships with families, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning in every child.

Position Detail:

· 2026-2027 School year

· Status: Regular, full-time

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

· Desired start: Monday, August 17, 2026

· Pay range $18-$22/hour, depending on education and experience

· Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, MI

Requirements

· Must have a valid center-based preschool CDA (Child Development Associate credential); or

· An associate degree in early childhood education or child development or the equivalent

· Must have full-time availability and reliable transportation

· Ability to pass background check (fingerprinting)

· CPR certification is required of all teaching staff and may be obtained within 30 days of hire
