Position Overview 


Martignetti Companies is seeking a skilled developer to design, build, and support mobile applications, web applications, reports, and enterprise system integrations.


This role combines mobile development, web development, SQL reporting, and ERP application support, making it ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys working across multiple technologies. The primary focus is mobile apps, web applications, reporting, and data integrations, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience considered a strong plus rather than the primary responsibility.


We're looking for a versatile developer whose strengths are prioritized in this order: mobile application development, web application development, SQL reporting and data integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. If you enjoy building applications, solving business problems, and working across multiple platforms, we'd like to hear from you.


 Location

  • This role does not offer sponsorship nor relocation.
  • Taunton, Massachusetts/ Hybrid based on business needs. Remote work may be available to candidates residing in states where the company currently operates, based on business needs and applicable requirements.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications for business operations.
  • Design and support web-based applications and internal portals.
  • Create and maintain SSRS reports, SSIS integrations, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Support integration between business systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Collaborate with business users to deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and enhance existing applications and reporting platforms.


Requirements


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong mobile application development experience.
  • Strong web application development experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills.
  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI.
  • Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Technical Skills include - C#, .NET, and ASP Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, iOS and Android development, REST APIs, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Azure.

Education/Training/Experience

  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
  • Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
  • Bonus: Eligible to earn up to a 5% Incentive Bonus annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans


Physical Demands and Environment

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Work requires the employee to bend, kneel, crouch, or reach as may be necessary to accomplish tasks
  • Work requires considerable mental concentration to effectively execute complex tasks requiring periods of focused mental and visual concentration
  • Works in a standard office environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally, support planned maintenance or urgent issues after hours or on weekends
  • Minimal potential for injury in the performance of duties
