Job description

Sentinel is looking for an IT Manager to assist one of our clients. The role would work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, efficient solutions, and guide the development team in creating applications that improve operational efficiency. This position will be responsible for ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and project management while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This is a full time role, reporting onsite to our client location in Tucson, AZ.


  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • 2–3 years of leadership or managerial experience leading development teams and overseeing project delivery
  • 5+ years of overall software development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related is required
  • Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Power Apps solutions and automated workflows
  • Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams
  • Demonstrated success managing full software development lifecycles (planning through deployment)
  • Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solutions Architect, Project management and Microsoft certifications are preferred
  • Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.
  • Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire
  • May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
