Job Summary:
Sr. Software Application Developer maintains an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform and programming languages. The incumbent will align with the coding standards and follows best practices during design and development; troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently; and follow the appropriate IT processes. This role will focus on the design & development of Salesforce solutions that drives business value and fulfill customer needs; assist junior developers; conduct periodic code reviews.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in workshops with IT business analysts and other stakeholders during the requirements and software design phases
  • Analyze and evaluate requirements for completeness and feasibility; estimate scope of work for the project life cycle and translate it to technical design
  • Involved in architecting Salesforce solutions with the Manager or Lead Developer
  • Stay current on the emerging industry trends, latest processes, and IT advancements to automate and modernize applications/systems
  • Develop code based on requirements and/or user stories, of diverse scope and complexities
  • Perform demos of Salesforce product features incrementally to the stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Involved in code testing & deployments to ensure successful implementation of the required product features
  • Work with cross-functional teams at all levels, communicate with stakeholders and drive to project delivery
  • Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal controls efforts. Identifies and brings to the attention of department management internal controls deficiencies

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $99,500 - 139,900
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
