Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

As an Application Developer II, you will solve the critical challenge of scaling our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) infrastructure by architecting seamless ticketing and provisioning systems. You will bridge the gap between complex data environments and front-end service needs, ensuring that every customer request is routed with precision and speed. By optimizing our internal domains and case management platforms, you will eliminate operational friction and empower our service representatives to deliver world-class support.

  • High-performance data extraction workflows across relational and non-relational databases to support real-time operational visibility
