Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions to customers based on customers’ application data for chain and coupling business. Conduct visits to customers, distributors and vendors to communicate, handle product related activities.
  • Conduct customer visits to provide on-site and inhouse trouble shooting of chain and coupling products when necessary to determine corrective actions and/or application issues. And prepare inspection and damage analysis report/documents and deliver the information to customers about the premature failure.
  • Communicate with global engineering team about complicated solutions, new product development, premature failure analysis with high technical requirement.
  • Manage and record customer complaints, quality issues, damage analysis, trouble shooting internally with QIM and other systems to drive the continuous technical improvement process for product or application in China.
  • Maintain the connection with customers, branch offices and engineering team to identify leads of IM products opportunities.
  • Contribute and suggest on product continuous improvement, localization or cost savings
  • Cooperate with other product lines to investigate customers’ pain point and build synergy solutions to fulfill customer’s requirement.
  • Minimize the errors to reduce warranty cost through effective product definition and support

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive product and industrial knowledge of chain, coupling or other drive system related products.
  • Practical onsite service experience and insight, chain and coupling relevant experience is preferred
  • Accurate, detailed and solution-oriented
  • Moderate level of verbal and written communication in English
  • Basic knowledge of general MS-Office
  • Knowledge of the various markets and products applications, such as construction, oil&gas, automation
  • Ability to effectively communicate difficult technical information to different audiences
  • Mechanical engineering with more than 5 years technical work experience is preferred.
