Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, allowing apprentices to gain hands-on experience while also developing theoretical knowledge. This pathway is ideal for those who want to enter the tech industry without a traditional four-year degree, as it provides practical skills and often leads to full-time employment upon completion.
