Nous recherchons un Analyste Services Applicatifs pour offrir un soutien technique et operationnel avance (Niveau 2) pour les applications Veeva, incluant Veeva CRM, Vault, Network et le nouveau Vault CRM. Ce role implique la resolution de problemes, la gestion des environnements, l'execution de changements de configuration et la garantie du bon fonctionnement des plateformes Veeva pour nos clients du secteur des sciences de la vie.
Une experience pratique avec Veeva CRM est requise; une experience avec Veeva Vault ou Network est un atout. Le candidat ideal possede une forte capacite d'analyse, d'excellentes competences en communication et une approche proactive en matiere d'apprentissage continu.

Responsabilites principales
  • Fournir un soutien de niveau 2 pour les applications Veeva (Veeva CRM, Vault, Network, Vault CRM) en resolvant les incidents escalades depuis le niveau 1.

  • Assurer la resolution des tickets (incidents et demandes de service) dans l'outil de gestion des tickets.

  • Realiser des analyses de cause racine et garantir une resolution rapide des problemes techniques ou operationnels.

  • Gerer les attentes des clients et maintenir une excellente relation grace a une communication claire et proactive.

  • Documenter les solutions, processus et meilleures pratiques pour favoriser le partage de connaissances.

Exigences techniques
  • Veeva CRM

  • 1 a 3 ans d'experience CRM, dont 1 ans specifiquement sur Veeva CRM.

  • Bonne comprehension des processus de ventes du secteur pharmaceutique (Life Sciences).

  • Experience en configuration Veeva CRM : objets personnalises, mises en page, rapports et CLM.

  • Familiarite avec la migration de donnees et la resolution de problemes lies aux donnees.

  • Certification Veeva CRM requise; la certification Salesforce Developer est un atout.

Veeva Vault et Network

Overview
We are looking for an Application Services Analysts to provide advanced technical and operational support (Tier 2) for Veeva applications, including Veeva CRM, Vault, Network and Vault CRM (new). This role involves troubleshooting, configuration changes, environment management, and ensuring smooth operations of Veeva platforms for Life Sciences clients. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Veeva CRM; Veeva Vault and Network experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong logical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and upskilling.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support for Veeva applications (Veeva CRM, Vault, Network, Vault CRM), resolving escalated issues from Tier 1.
Provide ticket resolution for incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
Stay updated on Veeva product releases and industry best practices; continuously upskill to support evolving business needs.
Technical Requirements
Veeva CRM
o 1-3 years of CRM experience, including 1+ years in Veeva CRM.
o Strong understanding of Life Sciences (Pharma) Sales processes.
o Experience with Veeva CRM configuration, custom objects, layouts, reports, and CLM.
o Familiarity with data migration and troubleshooting data-related issues.
o Veeva CRM Certification required; Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
Veeva Vault and Network
o Veeva Vault Certification is preferred.
o Experience supporting Vault and Network is a plus.
o Knowledge of document management and Vault lifecycle configurations.
Skills & Competencies
