Become a Key Player as a Deal Desk Analyst 3

You will structure profitable and compliant transactions that enable the sales organization to close deals faster and increase revenue. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, and Credit to approve deals, certify contracts, and report deal status. This role supports the North America digital marketing sales organization and drives consistent application of process and policy.

  • Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and meet with sales teams to document business cases
  • Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure adherence to internal revenue recognition policies
  • Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate deal value and maintain service levels
  • Prepare in-quarter deal status reports and communications to management
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
  • Perform to specified metrics and ensure compliance with policy and procedures
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk
  • Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support)
  • Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting (SOP 97-2 and related standards)
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
Pay Range

$27.41 - $34.27/hour
