Audit Analyst I - Treasury Operations (Hybrid, Contract)

Join a dynamic Treasury Operations team as an Audit Analyst I, where your attention to detail and analytical mindset will play a vital role in safeguarding company assets. This 6-month hybrid contract offers exposure to high-impact financial processes and SOX 404 compliance, making it an ideal stepping stone for career advancement in audit and finance. Located in Louisville, KY, or PA Corp Location, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Execute cash and banking control activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Validate vendor and customer banking information through callbacks and data verification
- Monitor system interface controls daily to maintain process integrity
- Perform daily reconciliation of book records to bank transactions using Treasury software
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions promptly
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and support management/regulatory reporting
- Assist with unclaimed property processes, report preparation, and payment initiation
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies in all activities
- Provide exceptional internal user support for Treasury processes
- Liaise with auditors regarding cash controls and support audit requests
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Deliver positive, professional customer service to internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive cash records and confidential information with care
