Job description

Mr. Appliance of Lehi and Mr. Appliance of Provo is offering up to a $3,000 signing bonus to Experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team immediately. WE DO NOT WORK LATE NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS. We offer competitive compensation packages, paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits available, and pay weekly.
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances.
Job Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair all major household appliances.
  • Communicate clearly with customers.
  • Leave detailed notes on repairs performed.
  • Collect payment.
  • Represent Mr. Appliance in a professional manor.
  • Provide great customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $25-$35 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
  • Getting paid on a commission basis is an option as well.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in customers' home.
  • Provide repair estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced.
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Appliance repair experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
  • Have the ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds ore more on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
