**Core Objective**
Command the service board, optimize technician routing, manage the warranty claim pipeline, and elevate our field technicians. You are the operational hub of the service department.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Board Command & Routing: Route technicians efficiently across Tiffin, Fremont, and Findlay territories.
- Technical Support & Training: Provide office-based troubleshooting for high-end units (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Bosch). Design and implement upgrade training plans for technicians.
- Warranty & Reporting Administration: Process warranty claims accurately. Read, analyze, and file detailed service reports.
- Parts & Manufacturer Coordination: Work with the parts specialist for staging/inventory and liaise with brand representatives.
- Operational Management: Track service calls, calculate bonus structures, and maintain clear, authoritative communication across all departments.
- Special Case Field Deployment: Handle escalated or complex VIP service cases in the field.
**Required Baseline**
- Mandatory: Proven field experience in appliance repair and diagnostics, highly effective communication skills, and administrative competence.
- Trainable: Dispatching, routing, and POS workflows.

- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
