Job description

Excellence Appliance Repair is seeking skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team. This is a W-2 employee position with performance-based, commission compensation, offering strong earning potential for experienced technicians who deliver quality work and excellent customer service.

Position Summary

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential household appliances while providing professional, clear, and customer-focused service. Work volume is consistent, and earnings are directly tied to performance, efficiency, and completed jobs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential household appliances
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and explain findings to customers clearly
  • Complete repairs efficiently and correctly on the first visit whenever possible
  • Order and manage parts as needed
  • Collect payment upon completion of service
  • Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily service routes and job schedules
