Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our dealer network and outside sales organization. This role is responsible for establishing new relationships with dealers, builders, and key B2B partners while building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing outside sales team across multiple territories.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business development skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and a proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with new dealers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives across assigned regions
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives
  • Support the outside sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and closing key accounts
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Travel  to meet with clients, partners, and team members in the field
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including dealers and builders
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a national or regional capacity
