Systems Engineer Herndon, VA CB-SE-HRN-006 Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's Degree and 11 years work experience or equivalent experience. - Experience administering Microsoft Intune or similar enterprise MDM/MAM platforms. - Hands-on experience configuring and supporting iOS and Android devices in enterprise environments. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD/Entra ID, conditional access, and identity management. - Understanding of mobile security principles, encryption, certificates, and compliance frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot complex device, network, and authentication issues. - Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: - Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, or automation tools for device management. - Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise. - Background supporting secure government or defense environments. - Knowledge of zero trust architectures and endpoint security tools. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Mobility & Security, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+).
