About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Rural Health Clinics. You'll serve patients across the lifespan with a focus on primary, preventive, and chronic care in a team-based setting.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
  • See an average of 18-22 patients per day
  • Manage a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits
  • Perform in-office procedures (based on scope and training)
  • Document patient encounters in EHR/EMR
  • Support a culture of safety, empathy, and service
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Bring:
Required:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license
  • Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or Adult NP)
  • Current Prescribing & Dispensing License (AZ)
  • DEA Certificate (Controlled Substance Registration)
  • BLS or ACLS Certification (AHA)
  • Active medical staff privileges (or ability to obtain)
  • Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and clinical technology

Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience in Family Practice or Primary Care
  • Familiarity with rural or underserved healthcare settings
