Job description

This role will be responsible for developing product features, identifying opportunities, and designing solutions to enable innovative commerce experiences with Apple Pay. You will work with a cross-functional team to execute the strategies you create. The Apple Pay team is experiencing rapid growth, expanding into new markets and introducing many innovative features. We are seeking an experienced product manager to contribute to the growth of Apple Pay by developing and managing features for card issuers, for example pay with installments and rewards.
Description
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the product design team, engineering teams, and other functional teams across Apple to design and launch product features. This includes getting into technical details when necessary while simultaneously considering the end-to-end user experience. You will develop go to market plans to successfully launch new product features, including marketing, analytics, and operational support.
You will also work with external partners such as card issuers, networks, and other ecosystem players across the globe.
You should possess technical proficiency, a strong emphasis on user experience, business acumen, and an understanding of the payments and card issuer ecosystem. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to work on transforming the payments experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on payments and financial services.
Proficient in using agentic tools in day to day product management work.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years Product Management experience in payments, consumer banking, or fintech.
Track record of building consumer products with cross-functional teams.
Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize complex topics, distill key business dynamics, and communicate effectively with senior executives.
Expertise in consumer banking or fintech industry and the financial tools customers have at their disposal (installments, rewards, and ways to manage their finances).
Proven ability to work with external partners (communicate requirements, feature development and launch)
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
