Description
This role maintains the visual experience across our design studios by managing inventory, technology, and product presentation to align with Apple’s standards. You’ll implement current merchandising strategies, manage resources including inventory and elements, and promote innovation across various store formats. You will be a valued feedback partner to the visual merchants providing insight on strategy viability. You will innovate various merchandising solutions to improve the ease of resets, and you will manage specific merchandising programs. By combining technical expertise with creative vision, you will enhance the customer experience and support the ongoing evolution of our dynamic merchandising strategies.","responsibilities":"Support and lead the implementation of all planogram sets in the design studio, ensuring the presentation meets merchandising principles and that functionality meets technology standards across multiple Apple Store Vintages.
Manage a local inventory including receiving, organizing, placement, audits, and RTW.
Maintain all systems in the design studio required for a retail store, including functional product demos.
Physically implement, evaluate, and provide feedback to WW Visual Merchandising on merchandising strategies and tools.
Create and innovate merchandising and reset tools to increase efficiency and ease.
Lead specific merchandising projects, including communication to the store teams
Coordinate, prepare for, and host visitors in the design studio
Produce how-to videos, setup guides, and training content for store teams
Stay up to date on current Apple merchandising and technology principles and other relevant resources, including security and privacy policies.
Partner collaboratively with shareholders across GRS
Preferred Qualifications
Successful at managing complex projects in an efficient manner.
Ability to think quickly, re-prioritize, and perform problem-solving tasks, within changing conditions.
Provide concise, actionable feedback on programs and materials.
Self-starter who is able to meet weekly deadlines without supervision.
Learning agile with a desire to learn new processes and programs to support Merchandising
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional experiences in visual merchandising or retail operations
Understanding of Apple merchandising principles and inventory management with a strong attention to detail
Be available to work on-site Monday - Friday
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,900 and $172,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
