Apple Maps Driver Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Moss Bros. Auto Group is seeking an AI Search Optimization Specialist to improve how our dealerships, service departments, inventory, and brand appear across AI-driven search platforms, answer engines, online communities, and local search results.

This role focuses on how customers now research businesses through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, Reddit, Quora, review sites, directories, and local forums. The goal is to make sure Moss Bros. is accurately represented, easy to discover, and positioned as a trusted automotive authority in the Inland Empire.

Traditional SEO knowledge is helpful, but this is not a conventional SEO-only role.

Monitor how Moss Bros. and its competitors appear in AI-driven search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot.

Identify inaccurate, outdated, or missing information across AI-generated answers, directories, review sites, maps, dealership websites, and third-party platforms.

Improve the consistency and quality of Moss Bros. business information across Google Business Profiles, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, Cars.com, DealerRater, OEM profiles, social platforms, and local directories.

Support content updates for dealership descriptions, About Us pages, FAQs, service pages, model content, review responses, and local-market content.

Monitor and engage with relevant platforms such as Reddit, Quora, automotive forums, local online communities, and industry discussions to identify customer questions, search trends, content opportunities, and brand authority signals.

Recommend authentic, non-promotional ways for Moss Bros. to participate in online conversations and provide helpful information.

Use insights from AI search, Reddit, forums, reviews, and customer questions to develop content recommendations and visibility improvements.

Support Google Business Profile optimization for dealership, service, and parts visibility.

Coordinate with marketing leadership, website vendors, content partners, reputation vendors, and dealership teams to improve digital accuracy and discoverability.

Track and report on AI-search visibility, brand representation, local visibility, customer question trends, review themes, community insights, and content opportunities.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, local search, reputation management, community management, SEO, or a related field.

Strong understanding of how consumers use AI tools, search engines, review platforms, online communities, and social platforms to research local businesses.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or Bing Copilot for research, visibility testing, and content analysis.

Strong writing, editing, research, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Google Maps, review platforms, local directories, social platforms, and third-party business listings.

Experience monitoring or participating in platforms such as Reddit, Quora, automotive forums, or local community groups in a brand-safe, transparent, and non-spammy manner.

Ability to identify content gaps, reputation themes, customer questions, and online visibility opportunities.

Basic understanding of SEO, local search, structured data/schema, and content quality preferred.

Automotive, multi-location, franchise, retail, or lead-generation experience is a plus.

Improved accuracy and consistency of Moss Bros. information across AI platforms, directories, maps, review sites, and dealership websites.

Stronger visibility and more favorable representation in AI-generated search results and answer engines.

Improved Google Business Profile completeness, accuracy, and engagement.

More useful dealership, service, FAQ, About Us, and local-market content.

Clear reporting that connects AI-search visibility, customer questions, review themes, and community insights to business opportunities.
