Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Digital Video Technologist to provide technical expertise supporting digital video production, live streaming, audiovisual systems, and multimedia operations for the U.S. Department of State. The ideal candidate will manage video production technologies from planning through post-production while supporting studio and field operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support video production from concept through final delivery.
  • Configure and maintain digital video production systems.
  • Edit and deliver multimedia content for online platforms.
  • Support live streaming, post-production, and media asset management.
  • Troubleshoot audiovisual equipment and production workflows.
  • Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality content.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Multimedia, Information Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional digital video production experience.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Illustrator, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of H.264 encoding, digital asset management, YouTube publishing, SEO, and live streaming workflows.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of State or other federal agencies.
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro X, Apple Motion, or Apple Compressor.
  • Knowledge of broadcast engineering principles.
Work Location

Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). Telework may be authorized with Government approval.
