Job Responsibilities

The Dermatologist provides general dermatology services to members, including preventive full-body skin exams, minor procedures, and acute and chronic condition evaluation and treatment.  This role integrates and collaborates with our primary care and ancillary care teams, as part of our larger medical home model.


  • Evaluates acute and chronic dermatological conditions
  • Completes full-body preventive skin examinations
  • Performs minor in-clinic procedures
  • Prescribes medications as appropriate
  • Provides evidence-based, timely, compassionate care to a wide range of individuals
  • Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team, including primary care physicians, physical medicine providers, behavioral health specialists and coaches, etc
  • Completes thorough documentation, using EMR  and other integrated tools
  • Keeps open lines of respectful communication with other providers, clinic staff, and patients
  • Performs other duties as assigned
