Job Summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, INC. is seeking a Marketing Manager in the Raleigh, NC office. Thestrategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support the Southern Team’s growth objectives, brand presence and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the development of compelling marketing collateral, managing corporate branding efforts and leading a team of Proposal Coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant proposals and qualifications packages.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations to strengthen client relationships, enhance the company's visibility and competitive position. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and communicator with a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving consistency, quality and innovation across all marketing efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage corporate branding initiatives.
  • Direct logo development and creative design projects.
  • Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute advertising and media strategies.
  • Oversee the company's LinkedIn presence.
  • Develop and manage corporate brochures, qualifications packages, and marketing collateral.
  • Create presentations and customer-facing materials.
  • Maintain and enhance the project history database.
  • Manage company promotional merchandise, branded apparel, and corporate swag programs.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of marketing giveaways and logo wear for recruiting, customer engagement, and events.
  • Support corporate initiatives related to acquisitions, market expansion, client satisfaction, and thought leadership efforts.
  • Lead and develop a team of Proposal Coordinators.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS/AA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines and quickly adapt to shifting priorities and workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate proof-reading skills.
  • Must be proficient with Office365 and Adobe applications.
  • Must have excellent communication, teaming, and organizational skills.
Work Environment

Conditions include working in office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property. Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment. Potential Jobsite Visits.
